The components of a soundproof room include soundproof doors, Windows, silencers, ventilation systems, lighting systems, explosion-proof systems, etc. They are specifically made according to the requirements of the site.


Soundproof room module

The sound insulation module is composed of anti-corrosion and anti-rust coating, galvanized steel plate sound insulation panel, fireproof damping coating, environmentally friendly enhanced sound insulation glue, low-frequency enhanced fireproof sound insulation board, environmentally friendly sound absorption material, fireproof damping sound insulation felt, aluminum alloy fiber sound absorption board, perforated sound absorption panel, etc. The total thickness is 100-120mm.


Unique advantages of the product:

- The material and thickness of the keel: square tube, thickness 3.5mm;

- The material and thickness of the sound insulation layer: steel plate, thickness 1.5mm;

- The material and thickness of the sound absorption layer: hydrophobic environmentally friendly sound absorption cotton and fiber felt, thickness 100mm;

- The material of the damping and vibration reduction layer: high molecular damping coating and high molecular damping sound insulation board.

- Noise reduction effect: The comprehensive sound insulation quantity of the sound insulation room components is greater than 30dB(A). The installation of silencers at the air inlet and outlet, and the use of explosion-proof low-noise axial flow fans, with the noise value of the axial flow fan being lower than 62dB(A).

- Others: The sound insulation room is equipped with a fan power distribution and lighting alarm system.

- Anti-corrosion and color requirements: Use paint for anti-corrosion. The interior needs to be coated with two layers of anti-corrosion paint, the exterior with two layers of anti-rust paint, and then a topcoat.

- Fully considering the environmental and climatic conditions and geological conditions of the buyer's location, the sound insulation room has sufficient wind resistance and seismic resistance capabilities, is firm and reliable, and has an overall service life of more than 20 years.
