Industrial soundproof windows

Sound insulation windows typically adopt a multi-layer glass structure (double-glazed or triple-glazed) with a vacuum or inert gas  filled between the glass panes to block sound wave transmission. The window frame is usually made of sound-insulating profiles such as high-density aluminum alloy with thermal insulation strips, or PVC-U profiles with good sealing performance. The joint between the window frame and the wall is filled with sound-insulating sealants to eliminate sound leakage gaps. For high-demand scenarios, laminated glass with damping interlayers can be used to further attenuate vibration and noise.

  • Sealing performance optimization: Ensure seamless fit between the window sash and frame, and use multi-channel sealing strips  to prevent air-borne noise infiltration through gaps.

  • Glass matching design: Select glass with different thicknesses for the inner and outer layers to avoid resonance and improve sound insulation efficiency; the thickness of the glass and the width of the interlayer should be determined according to the target noise frequency band .

  • Frame structure reinforcement: Use reinforced profiles with high rigidity to reduce vibration transmission of the frame itself, and avoid rigid connection between the window frame and the building structure.

  • Ventilation noise control: If ventilation is required, equip with a silent ventilation system with sound-absorbing channels to ensure air circulation while maintaining noise reduction performance.
