The fireproof sound insulation door is designed in accordance with acoustic principles and international standards. The door body adopts a double-layer steel plate composite structure (or stainless steel), filled with porous fireproof sound-absorbing materials inside, with a door thickness ranging from 60mm to 80mm. It demonstrates remarkable sound insulation performance against medium and low frequency noises within the range of 31.5Hz to 4000Hz, and features dual functions of fireproofing and sound insulation.
The door frame and door leaf of the fireproof sound insulation door are made of cold-rolled steel, with the surface layer being thin steel plate (or stainless steel), and filled with fireproof porous sound-absorbing materials to achieve high damping characteristics with low acoustic coupling. Double special elastic rabbets (gaskets or non-combustible gaskets) are installed around the door frame, completely eliminating sound leakage caused by "holes" and "gaps". All materials used are fireproof. High-grade decorative materials such as wood-like finishes and leather can be applied to the surface of the fireproof sound insulation door without affecting its sound insulation performance.
The size and sound insulation performance of the door can be selected according to requirements for sound insulation class, installation space, fire rating, etc. The fireproof sound insulation door can resist temperatures ranging from 300℃ to 950℃, bear an aerodynamic load of 1000N/m², have an opening and closing service life of no less than 120,000 times, and a sound insulation capacity of 35-60dB.

Product Description

The wall of the sound insulation door is entirely made of 1.5mm-thick national standard cold-rolled steel plates.
The steel plates on the outer surface of the sound insulation door wall are treated with degreasing, phosphating and plastic spraying (color to be selected by the customer).
8cm wave peak sound-absorbing cotton is installed inside the sound insulation door wall.
Sound insulation boards are used in the interlayer of the sound insulation door wall.
The wall interlayer is filled with fireproof and eco-friendly sound-absorbing cotton of various densities, medium-density fiberboards (MDF) and damping plates.
The sound insulation box is equipped with a pneumatic opening device, and a signal transfer hole with a diameter of 50mm is reserved at the back of the box.

Applications

It is suitable for industrial workshops, auxiliary buildings or civil buildings with equivalent conditions that have sound insulation requirements. It applies to doors with a sound insulation index LA≥30dB. When the sound insulation index LA>45dB, special sound insulation doors shall be adopted.

Features

Adopting a multi-layer composite and special sound insulation structure, it can withstand high temperatures and aerodynamic loads. Available in single-leaf, double-leaf and sliding door types, it can be equipped with observation windows, featuring reliable sealing and flexible opening.
Special sound insulation doors are mainly used in various laboratories and exhaust ducts.
Complete sets of products (including door frames and door leaves) can be provided, along with technical guidance for installation and commissioning.
Embedded parts shall be arranged during civil construction. Customized design and manufacturing are also available according to customer requirements.
