Noise Source Analysis
Equipment noise: Mechanical noise generated during operation of circulating water pumps, heat exchangers and other equipment.
Vibration transmission noise: Vibration of pump units is transmitted to the building structure through foundations, pipelines and supports, resulting in structure-borne sound.
Pipeline fluid noise: Hydraulic noise caused by water flow impact, turbulence and valve throttling.
Insufficient sound insulation of the pump house: Poor sound insulation performance of doors and walls leads to direct noise radiation outdoors.
Treatment Basis and Objectives
In accordance with relevant national and local environmental noise emission standards and indoor noise limits for residential buildings.
Treatment objectives:
Noise in sensitive areas outside the pump house shall meet the standards;
Indoor noise of residents shall be significantly reduced to meet the requirements of quiet living;
Normal operation, heat dissipation and maintenance of the heat exchange system shall not be affected.
