Large damping: The dry friction between steel wires forms strong nonlinear damping hysteresis, which can effectively absorb and dissipate vibration energy. Under normal external excitation specified by standards, the dynamic amplification factor is not greater than 3, enabling overload protection of the system.
Low natural frequency: It can achieve good vibration isolation effect in a wide frequency range. When the goal is vibration reduction, it can achieve a very low system peak response frequency of 3.5Hz.
Strong impact resistance: The nonlinear softening stiffness and large elastic deformation capacity enable the system to absorb a large amount of impact energy and release it with a delay when subjected to large impact disturbances, effectively reducing the impact intensity.
